Strategic Initiatives Program Manager and Enterprise Architect

Professional Background

As a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager and Enterprise Architect for the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Gail Newton manages the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Program; leads large, high impact EA projects; and contributes to efforts that support the mission and key objectives of SEI's Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Prior to joining the CSO team, Newton served the SEI as a Senior Project Manager for the Office of the CIO where she leveraged her technical acumen to successfully manage high impact technology deployments. She has a background in systems engineering and currently holds PMP and ITIL certifications. Newton earned a BS in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
