Super early-bird registration for the conference runs until March 10, 2013. Early-bird registration for the conference runs until April 1, 2013. To qualify for savings, your payment must be received by the closing date along with your registration form.

You can register in two ways:

Via Mail or Fax

    1. Simply download or print the Adobe Acrobat PDF file containing the registration form.
    2. Submit the completed form after filling out the form completely and specifying the payment method and any applicable credit card information.
    3. Mail or fax the form and any payment papers (such as a check or purchase order).

Conference Registration Fee includes two full days of SATURN Conference presentations and working sessions; breakfast, lunch, and breaks on May 1 and May 2; and the evening reception at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center on May 1.

Tutorial Registration Fee includes participation in the specified tutorial; and breakfast, lunch, and breaks on April 30 and May 3.

Course Registration Fee for two-day courses includes two full days of instruction in selected course; and breakfast, lunch, and breaks on April 29 and April 30.

PLEASE NOTE: By registering, you grant Carnegie Mellon University and/or anyone acting on their behalf ("Carnegie Mellon") permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record and use your name, likeness, image, voice, and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit, and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form, and for any purpose without compensation.

Available Discounts

Students and employees of academic institutions and U.S. government organizations receive a 10% discount on conference registration, course, and tutorial fees. When registering, please enter registration code SAT13GA.

Attendees from any organization that registers three or more people for SATURN also receive a 10% discount on conference registration, course, and tutorial fees. To apply this discount, please fax multiple registrations, using the PDF registration form, to 1-407-366-4138 or phone 1-407-971-4451 to obtain a registration code to use when registering.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods Note: We must receive your full payment prior to the conference, or you will be expected to pay on-site in order to attend the conference. Acceptable methods of payment include the following:

  • Credit cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
  • Company or personal checks: Your check must be mailed with your registration form. To qualify for super-early-bird savings, we must receive your check by March 10, 2013. To qualify for early-bird savings, we must receive your check by April 1, 2013. Please make your check payable to SEI/CMU and be sure to write the name of your organization on it.
  • Completed purchase orders: Purchase orders are accepted only until April 15, 2013, and should be signed by the designated fiscal officer in your organization.

Cancellation Policy: Refund requests received in writing and postmarked by April 17, 2013, will be processed minus a $25 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER APRIL 17, 2013. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full registration fee. Substitute attendees are welcome at no extra charge; however, we request written notification prior to the conference for preparation of registration materials. For refunds, please allow two to four weeks for processing after the conference.
