Key Responsibilities

Provide front-line customer service for the Software Engineering Institute by creating and maintaining customer relationships through the process of lead nurturing.  This includes building customer profiles by providing a centeral point of contact to triage all customer inquiry and response and supporting marketing campaigns through outreach and follow-up. 

Support the overall mission of the SEI as well as achievement of the goals set forth by the Corporate Communication/Community Outreach managers.
