
Customer Relations Representative
Provide front-line customer service for the Software Engineering Institute by creating and maintaining customer relationships through the process of lead nurturing. This includes building customer profiles and supporting marketing campaigns through outreach and follow-up.
Support the overall mission of the SEI as well as achievement of the goals set forth by the Corporate Communication/Community Outreach managers.
