The Next Generation of Process Evolution (Webinar)

WATCH WEBINAR

About the Webinar

To thrive in today’s economy, organizations need high-performance software engineering practices that reduce costs and improve productivity. The challenge is to implement practices that lead to consistent, cost-effective performance while demonstrating rapid benefits and paybacks.

The SEI’s Accelerated Improvement Method (AIM) combines CMMI, TSP, and Six Sigma measurement and analysis techniques and improvement methods to enable superior implementations. Each component in AIM is a proven standard that helps organizations reduce costs, improve quality, and schedule predictability.

In this webinar Gene Miluk, a senior member of the technical staff at the SEI and member of the TSP team, will discuss the SEI's latest innovations in process technology. His presentation will challenge fundamental assumptions regarding the implementation of CMMI, actual performance and maturity levels, assumptions about the cost and time required to improve, and expected actual returns on investment. This presentation will describe how, by combining proven technologies, SEI is defining the next generation of process evolution.
