SCAMPI B and C Team Leader Training

This four-and-a-half-day course is the primary qualifying activity for those interested in becoming authorized team leaders for the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) B and C methods. Performance evaluation is based on a variety of learning measures, including the pretest, in-class exercises, homework assignments, and an open book final exam.
