Submitting CMMI Change Requests and Comments
The CMMI User Feedback Process
You can submit change requests and comments about CMMI any time you like using the CMMI User Feedback Process. You can use one of the three change request forms or the comment form to submit feedback based on your use of the CMMI Product Suite.
To submit a change request or comment, download the appropriate form below,
fill out the information requested, and email it as an attachment to
cmmi-cr@sei.cmu.edu. Your feedback
will be considered for future releases of CMMI products, so we encourage you
to submit your change requests and comments.
The following forms have been tested with MicrosoftTM Word 97, MS Word 2000, and MS Word 2002. If you do not have one of these versions of MS Word and require help with a form, please send email to cmmi-cr@sei.cmu.edu.
Download one or more of the following forms to begin the process of submitting your change requests or comments:
- The CMMI for Development CR Form is used to request changes to the CMMI for Development model.

Please include only one topic per form. Online help for each field is available when you are completing the form by moving your cursor over the field name.
