Key Responsibilities

Support and improve the acquisition of software intensive systems. For DoD programs such as 3DELRR, AEHF, CCS-C, GBS, TSAT, and others, this means working with the Program Office to assist and advise on software issues at the system and/or segment level. In additional, Ms Lapham performs research into software topics that are germane to acquisition of software intensive systems.

Professional Background

Prior to joining SEI, Ms Lapham was a director for SchlumbergerSema managing large system integration programs for utilities. Prior to that, she was a director at Computer Technology Associates (CTA) where she established and directed two satellite offices supporting the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station New Orleans and the State of Nebraska Y2K program, respectively. While at CTA, she also performed as a program manager, system engineer, test engineer, and security engineer for a variety of DoD programs.
