Network Intelligence Analyst
Troy Townsend is a network intelligence analyst with the CERT® Coordination Center in the CERT Program at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). As a member of the Network Situational Awareness team, Troy supports sponsors by helping them optimize intelligence-driven processes, adopt best practices in intelligence collection and analysis, and by providing intelligence analysis and assessment of network-based threats. His current areas of interest include mis-attribution open source data collection and analysis, TCPED process optimization, and cyber intelligence threat assessments.
