The SEI Partner Network Ethics and Compliance Program is dedicated to upholding the SEI's standard of excellence by establishing high standards for the SEI's work with our Partners and our authorized and certified professionals.

Code of Professional Conduct for SEI Services

The Code of Professional Conduct for SEI Services (CoPC) defines appropriate standards of professional conduct for SEI-authorized and -certified professionals, candidates for SEI authorizations or certifications, and SEI Partners. All organizations and individuals who provide SEI services must agree to uphold the standards outlined in the Code by acting with honesty, integrity, and fairness, and without actual or apparent conflict of interest.

Reporting CoPC Violations

Your concerns about ethical behavior and quality are important to us, and we encourage you to share these concerns with us. We welcome your direct reports of illegal, unethical, or quality-compromising behavior to our Ethics and Compliance Office at ethics-compliance-reporting@sei.cmu.edu. We also understand that you may want to remain anonymous. To accommodate your needs for anonymous reporting, we have instituted a confidential and anonymous service for reporting unethical, illegal, or quality-compromising behavior; the SEI Ethics and Compliance Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is operated by the Network, Inc., an independent company. To place a report through the Hotline, call 1-877-217-6316.

If you are aware of illegal, unethical, or quality-compromising behavior, please report it immediately to the Ethics and Compliance Office at ethics-compliance-reporting@sei.cmu.edu, or to our hotline at 1-877-217-6316. The SEI Ethics and Compliance Manager carefully reviews and investigates all reports of violations received directly and through the Hotline.
