Course Description

Leading an SEI Product Line Technical Probe^SM (PLTP^SM) requires an in-depth understanding of product line technical and management practices, a thorough understanding of the PLTP process, excellent organizational skills, and superior facilitation skills. This two-day course prepares participants to lead a PLTP. The course involves several hands-on exercises so that participants learn the PLTP process from the leaders point of view and practice the social and technical skills necessary to lead a PLTP.

AUDIENCE

• SEI-trained PLTP team members who want to become PLTP leaders
• SEI-trained PLTP team members who want to conduct SEI-authorized PLTP exercises

PREREQUISITES
Before registering for this course, participants must

• complete the PLTP Team Training course
• sign a license agreement for the PLTP question bank

Course Materials
Participants receive a copy of lecture slides and exercises.

Class Schedule
This 2-day course meets at the following times:
Days 1-2, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (U.S. locations)
Days 1-2, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (non-U.S. locations)
