How to Request an SEI Professional Certificate

To request your SEI Professional Certificate, please print and submit the Certificate Request Verification Form.

After you have submitted your signed request, your credentials will be verified and the professional certificate will be conferred. The SEI Professional Certificate will be shipped to the address that you specify.

Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to have your name and professional certificate published on the SEI website within the list of certificate holders.
