By clicking "I Agree," you hereby grant Carnegie Mellon University ("CMU"):

1. A world-wide, perpetual, royalty–free, non-exclusive, irrevocable right and license to publish, display, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, and otherwise use all or part of the Paper and/or any other materials that you have supplied to CMU in conjunction with the Paper and/or that you display or use in the Paper whether such materials belong to you or to third parties ("Materials") in any manner and medium for any purpose that the University deems consistent with its status as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (and to grant others the right to do so).

By clicking "I Agree," you waive any right you may have to inspect or approve any finished product containing the Paper and/or Materials and you waive any claim to further consideration or compensation for the rights granted hereunder. By clicking "I Agree," you hereby fully release CMU, its trustees, officers, employees, and agents from all rights or claims that you may have against CMU arising out of the uses contemplated by this authorization. By clicking "I Agree," you represent and warrant that: (i) the Paper and Materials are original and that you have the full and complete authority to grant the rights and licenses to CMU as provided in this authorization; (ii) to the extent the Paper and Materials incorporate text passages, figures, data or other material from the works of others, any necessary permissions have been obtained; and (iii) that the publication or dissemination of the Paper and Materials shall not violate any proprietary right or intellectual property right of others. By clicking "I Agree," you are certifying that you are an adult, competent to sign this document, that you are agreeing to it voluntarily, having read and understood it. This document represents the entire understanding regarding the recording and use of your Paper by CMU and supersedes any and all oral and written understandings with respect thereto.
