Using CERT-RMM in a Software and System Assurance Context

The CERT Resilience Management Model (CERT-RMM) was developed to help organizations extend their process improvement approach to software and system assets in the operations, maintenance, and retirement phases of the development and acquisition life cycles. However, many of the process areas included in CERT-RMM can help organizations to overlay an assurance perspective in early life cycle activities. This session will show how organizations can employ CERT-RMM immediately to jump-start assurance considerations in early life cycle activities.
